Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control across PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million. You will develop detailed schedules (L3/L4), manage budgets, track actuals, and ensure invoices reflect contract terms.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is desirable; those with at least 2 years of direct experience may be considered with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning and outage cost tracking is strongly preferred but candidates from large-scale PMO environments will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3 and L4).
• Budget load, track actuals, and estimate at completion for large PMO outages.
• Ensure invoices to clients align with contractual terms and project progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams and vendors.
• Support site planners and remote planners as subject matter experts.
• Indirect management and scoping of third-party resources (4-6 resources).
• Track vendor costs and cash flows; update vendor installments based on progress.
• Support Primavera standard scopes of work for boiler outages and PMO projects.
• Support regional planning refreshes twice a year.
• Ensure project dashboards KPIs are complete per company calendar.
