Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule oversight for PMO projects valued between $10 million and $250 million. You will report to the Project Controls Director and collaborate with stakeholders as a billable resource for cost control.

Responsibilities include building and updating large PMO schedules, budgeting, cost tracking, and reviewing contract terms. Travel to sites, mentoring, and developing standard outage scopes are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking for large-scale outages.
• Demonstrable project controls experience including cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.
• Onsite tracking of large complex outages and coordination with PMs and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals and estimate at complete costs.
• Review payment terms and ensure invoices align with contracts.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor remote planners and cost resources; support regional planning refreshes.
