Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects ranging from $10 million to $250 million. You will partner with stakeholders, manage cost-loaded schedules, and ensure invoices align with contracts.

Travel to plants, mentor planners, and support regional cost reporting are key aspects of this role in a dynamic energy and maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.
• Familiarity with large-scale maintenance cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules L3 and L4.
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion.
• Review payment terms and manage invoices per contract.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet teams.
• Mentor cost resources and cross-train team members.
• Support development of Primavera scopes for outages.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule, and cashflow reviews.
• Ensure project dashboards KPIs are accurate.
• Lead team calls and post-outage review actions.
