The NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) seeks a Regional Manager to oversee Region 3 DMVA Service Center operations and staff. You will coordinate training for State and County Service Officers and shape policies to ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting and staffing for Staff Development and Training, applying veterans benefits rules, and collaborating with DMVA executives and field operations. Office-based role with MS Office usage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with Staff Development and training.
• Experience with veterans benefits laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Manage Region 3 DMVA Service Center activities and staff of 5 (Veterans Service Officers and support staff).
• Direct and coordinate training programs for State and County Service Officers.
• Develop policies and procedures ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
