Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a training infrastructure for the regional office.
• Enhance training communication, reduce duplication and improve economy of scale.
• Advise the Director of the regional office on training needs.
• Coordinate and manage centrally developed mandatory training programs across divisions.
• Work schedule: Full time, Mon–Fri 7:30 am–4:00 pm; telework is situational.
