• Provide direct assistance with benefits eligibility, claims preparation and submission, appeals, and case follow-up.
• Refer veterans to appropriate resources and maintain active caseload.
• Oversee staff performance and development; establish efficient office procedures.
• Foster collaborative relationships with state and federal agencies, county departments, and community partners.
