Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist for our Allied (Non-Mobile) line to drive growth across a defined region. You will collaborate with account managers to deliver product expertise, manage projects, and execute strategic initiatives with regular travel.

Knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems is essential to tailor recommendations. Candidates should have 3+ years in product management or sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in product management, sales, or a technical role within the industrial or allied (non-mobile) equipment space.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (approximately 75% travel)

Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert and champion for Allied (Non-Mobile) solutions within the region.
• Partner with account managers to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products, including warehouse solutions and racking systems.
• Lead and coordinate product-related projects, from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and technical support.
• Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams and external customers.
