Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Product Specialist for the Allied (Non-Mobile) product line to drive growth in a defined region.

You will collaborate with account managers to deliver tailored sales strategies, provide product expertise, manage key projects, and support strategic initiatives through frequent travel to customer sites. Knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems is essential to understand customer needs and provide effective recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or a technical role in industrial/allied equipment spaces.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 75%).

Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert and champion for Allied (Non-Mobile) solutions within the region.
• Partner with account managers to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products including warehouse solutions and racking systems.
• Lead and coordinate product-related projects from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and technical support to drive project success.
• Track and report project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support sales activities including joint customer visits, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Provide product training and ongoing support to internal teams and external customers.
