Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking a high-energy Product Specialist for the Allied (Non-Mobile) product line to support the Chicago Land territory and drive growth. You will work with account managers to develop sales strategies, provide product expertise, manage key projects, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The role requires regular travel (~75%) to customer sites and events, with deep knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems to tailor effective product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or a technical role within the industrial or allied (non-mobile) equipment space.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (approximately 75% travel).
• Working knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert and champion for Allied (Non-Mobile) solutions within the region.
• Partner with account managers to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products, including warehouse solutions and racking systems.
• Lead and coordinate product-related projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
