Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Sales & Product Trainer for the Midwest, with remote work and up to 75% travel. You will deliver value-based training on sales skills, process, and our product offerings to customer-facing teams, face-to-face and virtually.

You’ll partner with Learning Experience Design to create content, measure knowledge gains and business impact, and mentor field teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or GTM, a Bachelor’s degree, and expert facilitation, SPIN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Sales or Go-to-Market roles; 3–5 years in sales management preferred.
• Expert facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and mentoring required.
• Proficient with SPIN Selling methods and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value solution of sales skills, process, and product offerings through application-based training face-to-face and virtually.
• Execute a variety of training curriculums and drive SALES through Best-in-Class events.
• Be a subject matter expert and mentor in the field; collaborate with Learning Experience Design on content.
• Measure knowledge increase, behavior change, and business impact of training and mentoring.
