Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Regional Project Solutions Manager, South Central, with remote Texas/Oklahoma duties and up to 60% travel. You will lead large-scale construction projects, mentor managers, and drive double-digit growth while managing budgets in a fast-paced, global tool company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 10+ years in sales/marketing/construction PM, and 3+ years of leadership experience. Travel and safety certifications are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management with a proven track record of delivering results.
• 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams preferred.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience managing and executing regional budgets within forecast and allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout, aligning with customer needs and milestones.
• Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Solution Managers.
• Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts for double-digit growth within budget goals.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and execute engagement plans to coordinate resources for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Identify new opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and report project metrics to leadership.
