You will partner with Commercial and HR leaders to assess learning needs, develop the end-to-end portfolio, and coordinate training content for diverse commercial teams.

The role requires a 4-year bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in learning and development with sales enablement, strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management skills.

Qualificações

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational Learning & Development with a focus on sales enablement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence with business leaders and SMEs.
• Instructional design, content development and facilitation for diverse commercial audiences.
• Project management across multiple training programs with data-driven improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Commercial and HR leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps.
• Develop and manage end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Design and coordinate training programs for all commercial profiles.
• Source, curate, and develop training content with subject matter experts.
