Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to oversee PMO projects valued from $10M to $250M. You will support outages, maintenance, expansions, and emergencies, reporting to the Project Controls Director and coordinating with stakeholders as a billable cost-control resource.

You will create detailed schedules, load budgets, monitor progress, and ensure timely vendor and term compliance across multiple sites. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with outage planning and cost tracking.
• Ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track outages.
• Strong ability to report outage performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules L3/L4.
• Load budgets, track actuals and estimate at complete for outages.
• Review contract terms and develop payment schedules.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
