Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for PMO projects ranging from $10 million to $250 million. You will prepare large schedules, manage budgets and cashflows, and ensure invoices align with contract terms.

The role requires travel to sites and mentoring of cost resources across regional teams. Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will collaborate with PMs, procurement, and management to track vendor costs and prepare

Qualifications

• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outages.
• Strong hands-on planning, cost control, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion.
• Review payment terms and schedule invoices per contract.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage ~4–6 external resources and vendor cost tracking.
• Support regional planning, dashboards, and monthly cost reviews.
• Prepare post-outage reviews with improvements.
