Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control, scheduling, and budgeting for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. You will work with stakeholders across the business as a billable resource, ensuring invoices align with contracts and project progress.

You will create and maintain large PMO schedules, review terms with clients, and mentor junior planners. Travel to sites is required, with ~50% travel expected to support outages and regional planning

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree desirable or 2 years direct experience with HS diploma
• Experience with outage planning and cost tracking in large projects
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outage costs
• On-site tracking of large outages and reporting to senior management

Responsabilités

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at complete costs for outages.
• Review payment terms and ensure invoices align with contract terms.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
