Reworld seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to deliver PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M, including outages, maintenance, expansions and emergencies. You will report to the Project Controls Director and work with stakeholders as a billable cost-control resource.

Responsibilities include creating detailed PMO schedules, tracking costs and forecasts, reviewing contract terms, and traveling to sites to audit costs. You will mentor planners and coordinate external resources.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree desirable; alternatives with 2 years direct outage experience may be considered.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outage costs.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Create and update PMO schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals and estimate at completion.
• Review contractual payment terms and vendor progress.
• Travel to sites for cost audits and reviews.
• Mentor and train team members.
