Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control and scheduling for large PMO projects ranging from $10M to $250M. Based in the USA with significant travel, you will partner with project managers, procurement and regional teams to manage cost, schedule, and cashflow.

You will develop and maintain Primavera-based schedules, monitor budgets, and support regional planning refreshes and monthly reviews. Strong cost-tracking and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Outage planning, cost tracking and ability to build cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience with large PMO projects and budgets.
• Experience tracking outages and vendor costs.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed PMO schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, estimate at completion for outages.
• Review payment terms and ensure invoices align with contracts.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
