Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. You will coordinate with Project Managers, procurement, and regional teams, traveling to sites to audit costs and support outages and maintenance initiatives.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will build detailed schedules (L3/L4), manage budgets and forecasts, review contractual terms, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have outage planning and cost tracking experience, ideally in power plant operations.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking prior outage cost.
• Experience onsite tracking of large outages, cost and schedule, with reporting to senior management.
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and PMO project controls processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and update PMO project schedules (L3/L4) for large outages.
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion.
• Review contract payment terms and manage invoicing per contract.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Support site planners and remote planners with cost tracking.
• Mentor team on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Coordinate 4–6 external resources and manage KPIs.
• Develop standard scopes for outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule, and cashflow reviews.
• Ensure dashboards KPI accuracy.
