Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to partner with market leaders, producer and client teams, and to act as the pharmacy benefits expert. The role emphasizes consultative support, regional leadership, and travel up to 50% to support large employer clients.

The position requires a PharmD (preferred) and extensive experience in Employee Benefits and PBM space, with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to drive client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required; PharmD strongly preferred.
• 8+ years experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry working with large employer market space.
• 3+ years of financial, clinical or strategic advising in the PBM marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor and pharmacy thought leader for Employee Benefits at a regional level.
• Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding client relationships and new opportunities in mid/large employer markets.
• Communicates pharmacy initiatives in a way clients understand impact to strategy and employees.
• Partners with HUB financial consultants, producers, and account management to present key Pharmacy findings.
• Provides detailed pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics platform and PBM tools to justify solutions.
• Leads regional strategy development and mentors Regional Pharmacy Consultants.
