Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational oversight of patient access functions across assigned clinics.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance management for patient access staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching in partnership with Human Resources.
• Monitor regional/clinic patient access performance metrics and KPIs.
• Oversee insurance verification, eligibility validation, and authorization processes.
• Ensure compliant application of patient demographics, payer data collection, and POS payments.
• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, Quality, and Operations to optimize workflows and interfaces.
