Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a District Supervisor, Patient Access Coordination to lead district-wide access operations across multiple clinics. You will drive staffing, training, scheduling, and performance of patient access coordinators while standardizing workflows and optimizing customer experience.

You will oversee referrals, scheduling, and front-end RCM readiness, monitor district KPIs, and partner with regional leaders to close gaps in service and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in patient access, care coordination, or outpatient healthcare operations.
• Supervisory experience in patient access or front office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, staffing, training, scheduling and performance of Patient Access Coordinators within the district.
• Oversee referral coordination, scheduling, patient preparation, and front-end RCM readiness across clinics.
• Ensure standardized workflows, scripts, and documentation; maintain regulatory and payer compliance.
