Job summary

Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Operations Supervisor - Patient Access to lead daily operations of the Patient Access team, including Community Health Workers, Help Team staff, and Outreach & Enrollment Specialists. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Supervisory or lead-worker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Patient Access staff and related roles to ensure timely and reliable patient assistance.
• Coordinate staffing, workflows, and caseloads; adjust as needed to meet enrollment deadlines and community needs.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and escalate issues to HR or leadership when needed.
• Support access-improvement efforts using data and feedback to reduce barriers to care.
