Job summary

PT Solutions seeks a District Supervisor, Patient Access Coordination to lead district-wide access operations and drive patient-first service across multiple clinics. You will coach coordinators, supervise workflows, and ensure compliant scheduling and referrals.

The role requires onsite presence, KPI tracking, and collaboration with regional leaders. The position emphasizes staff development, standardized processes, and continuous improvement to enhance patient readiness and timely care

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in patient access, care coordination, or outpatient healthcare operations.
Patient access supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead hiring, staffing, training, scheduling and performance of Patient Access Coordinators within the district.
Oversee day-to-day referral coordination, scheduling, and front-end RCM readiness tasks across clinics in the district.
Track district KPIs and drive improvements for throughput and timely scheduling.
Ensure standardized workflows, documentation accuracy, and payer compliance.
Collaborate with clinic managers and regional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Deliver training and ongoing competency development for Patient Access Coordinators.
