Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and adjacent regions. In this role you will cultivate relationships with end users and OEMs, build strategic account plans, and close high-value packaging automation deals.

You will travel 60-70% of the time, collaborate with engineering and project teams, and leverage CRM tools to forecast and manage opportunities while meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales.
• Direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering or Business is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation and products.
• Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills.
• Proven closing and prospecting abilities.
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and industrial line layout is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and remote work.
• Willingness for 60–70% travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts at all levels.
• Develop sales strategies and opportunities through end-user evaluations.
• Utilize sales tools for presentations, calls, cold outreach, and prospecting.
• Create an efficient territory schedule for client visits.
• Collaborate with engineering on project solutions with strong value propositions.
• Ensure accurate collection of project details for evaluation and quotes.
• Coordinate with project management for seamless order transitions.
• Document opportunities, accounts, and interactions in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and quotas.
• Adhere to high ethics and integrity in all dealings.
