Job summary

ProMach seeks a Regional Sales Manager to develop leads, establish productive customer relationships, and close business for packaging machinery. You will identify opportunities, conduct customer visits, and tailor product solutions while managing logistics and CRM.

With 2–5 years in packaging machinery and CAD familiarity, you will collaborate with internal teams. This role involves up to 50% travel and offers base salary plus commissions and a day-one benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in technical support, maintenance, or roles related to packaging machinery.
• Solid understanding of packaging machine components and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret and validate technical drawings; CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an asset.
• Ability to accurately measure and document mechanical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with sealing issues.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Effective liaison between clients and internal departments
• Self-motivated and comfortable with frequent travel (50% +/-).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct customer visits to explore growth potential and increase sales.
• Assess customer needs and propose customized product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposal.
