ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Atlanta region. You will identify opportunities, visit customers, and deliver tailored packaging machine solutions. The role emphasizes technical understanding, relationship-building, and end-to-end deal closure.

Travel approximately 50% is expected, with a focus on developing distributor and end-user partnerships, managing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in technical support, maintenance, or roles related to packaging machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings; CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an asset.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with willingness to travel ~50%.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct customer visits to explore growth potential and increase sales.
