Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Regional Chains in the United States. You will manage supermarket end users and wholesalers, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to deliver value across procurement, product development, marketing, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in CPG/foodservice sales, solid CRM/SAP and Excel/PPT skills, and are comfortable traveling up to 40% across locations. A BA/BS degree is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5-7+ years of CPG/Foodservice/not for resale product experience.
• Knowledge of food packaging and B2B sales preferred.
• Travel up to 40% to company locations as needed.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM, SAP and Microsoft Excel/PPT.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Regional Supermarket End Users and Wholesaler Accounts via Distribution.
• Be in front of customer contacts across the organization.
• Achieve sales target volume/revenue and drive growth.
• Maintain End User relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Communicate customer requirements to Novolex teams.
• Manage pricing updates and development Quotations.
• Ensure prompt service and quality issue resolution.
• Maintain sales targeting activity and CRM updates.
• Work with customers to secure accurate demand forecasts.
• Provide market analysis and share information to leadership.
• Collaborate with Distribution for optimal sales impact.
