Job summary

Novolex is seeking a remote-based sales professional for the Orange County, CA area. You will work with distributors, drive sales goals, and build distribution for products while managing relationships with customers and prospects.

The role requires travel (30-40%), strong negotiation and communication skills, and a BA/BS preferred with 2-3 years of sales experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing or related field.
• Must have 2-3 years of previous sales experience.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Direct one-to-one communication with customers, present and prospective.
• Perform field promotion work and development of new accounts.
• Demonstrate products and assist in best application of product.
• Contact prospects and explain features and merits of products offered.
• Analyze records of sales, trends and costs, revenue, and commitments.
• Interpret accounts, trends, and records to management.
• Close the sales transaction.
• Service accounts and manage pricing, warranties, receivables, etc.
