Piedmont National Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion within a defined region. You will lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives, develop strategic customer relationships, and align sales initiatives with corporate objectives to deliver packaging solutions.

This role collaborates with senior leadership, customer service, and operations to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve regional sales goals.
• Establish regional sales strategies, set performance targets, and monitor progress against revenue and profitability objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast regional sales, prepare budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with customer service, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities that expand market share within the region.
