Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to oversee regional supermarket end users and wholesalers via distribution, driving revenue and profitable growth. You will build relationships across organizations, coordinate with procurement, product development, marketing, and supply chain, and ensure accurate demand forecasts.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5-7+ years of CPG/Foodservice/not for resale product experience.
• Knowledge of food packaging and B2B sales preferred.
• Travel up to 40% to company locations.
• Strong communication including written, verbal, presentation and negotiation.

• Manages Regional Supermarket End Users and Wholesaler Accounts via Distribution.
• Engages with customer contacts across the organization to drive sales growth.
• Achieves sales targets and drives profitable business growth.
• Maintains customer relationships with Procurement, Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
