Nearmap, a leading provider of property intelligence, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on employee relations, engagement, and day-to-day delivery of HR programs with AI-enabled self-service tools.

You will partner with regional teams to rollout onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and merit cycles, translating results into action plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations role.
• Experience supporting US employees and working knowledge of US employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience rolling out end-to-end HR programs (onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys).
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters and provide policy interpretation guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and consistency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, discretion, and judgment with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Own regional rollout of core HR programs for US and Canada (onboarding, performance, engagement surveys).
• Be primary contact for people leaders and employees on day-to-day HR matters and policy interpretation.
• Coach managers on performance management practices and guidance.
• Partner with HR Operations on workflows and HRIS to enable self-service and automation.
• Build and implement AI-enabled HR solutions to enhance employee experience.
• Execute regional HR programs and translate results into actionable plans with leaders.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and inform conversations and decisions.
• Maintain accurate docs and ensure consistent policy application across US/Canada.
• Collaborate with Global HR partners to keep programs consistent across regions.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and regional OKRs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring HR processes.
