Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across the United States and Canada. The role acts as an HR generalist advising on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness within an ERP software environment.

You will partner with HR COEs and leaders across product development, implementations, customer support, and sales to translate priorities into practical people solutions and to advance AI-enabled HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience, with tech/SaaS/ERP experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employment compliance.
• Practical knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws, with ability to partner with Legal.
• Experience conducting objective employee relations investigations and advising leaders.
• Experience supporting organizational change, growth, and evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data, trends, and recommendations.
• Interest in AI/automation with responsible application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders across US and Canada on ER, performance, and change initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and programs.
• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish clear performance expectations and coaching plans with leaders.
• Manage employee relations investigations with thorough documentation.
• Monitor employment law developments and update policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D.
• Design manager enablement and employee engagement programs.
