Momentm, partnered with TransTrack, seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor across both business units. The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, and organizational design while coaching leaders to grow teams and cultivate a high-performance culture.

This remote position requires travel within the US and Canada. Ideal candidates will merge business acumen with HR expertise to implement impactful people strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Experience with US and Canadian HR practices.
• Proven coaching and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to leaders across TransTrack and Momentm.
• Lead employee relations and investigations.
• Support performance management and talent reviews.
• Design and implement HR programs and training.
• Drive workforce planning and organization design.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations.
