Epicor is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across the United States and Canada. You will serve as a trusted HR generalist, advising on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness within our ERP software environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience.
• Experience in technology/SaaS/ERP or B2B software is strongly preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, compensation practices, workforce planning, and employment compliance.
• Practical knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws and HR practices, with ability to recognize when legal partnership is required.
• Demonstrated experience conducting objective employee relations investigations and advising leaders through sensitive situations.
• Experience guiding leaders through organizational change, growth, restructuring, and evolving priorities.
• Strong business acumen to link product/engineering/implementation with HR strategy.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization with cross‑functional partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and derive insights.
• Interest in AI, automation, and continuous improvement with responsible application.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day‑to‑day HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, mobility, engagement, offboarding).
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance expectations, coaching, and improvement plans.
• Investigate complex employee relations matters with timely, impartial documentation.
• Monitor and apply US/Canada employment laws and HR regulatory changes.
• Partner with Legal and other HR leaders to manage employment risk and policy updates.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify risks and opportunities for the US & Canada region.
• Support organizational change related to growth, technology adoption, and operating model evolution.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, HRIS, and Facilities.
