Job summary

MCI USA is seeking a P&C Business Partner to balance strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery, driving AI-driven efficiencies and scalable people practices. You will support talent management, performance, and development for MCI USA talents across a lean P&C structure, partnering with leadership and Finance to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience, 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• SHRM certification or HR degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary P&C partner to assigned BU, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across talent matters.
• Own and execute all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, offers, promotions and data maintenance.
