Epicor Software is seeking a regional Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders across the United States and Canada. You will serve as a trusted HR generalist and advisor on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change initiatives within a growing ERP software environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
Strong knowledge of US/Canada employment laws and HR practices.
Experience conducting objective employee relations investigations.
Experience guiding organizational change and growth through people programs.

Responsibilities

Advise leaders across the US and Canada on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change initiatives.
Translate workforce needs into actionable HR strategies and programs.
Provide day-to-day HR generalist support across onboarding, development, performance, mobility, engagement, and offboarding.
Coach managers to set clear performance expectations and address performance concerns.
