Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Regional Distribution Leader to drive profitable growth and agency expansion across the assigned territory. You will oversee Territory Leaders, coaching and developing performance metrics while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive P&C insurance experience with field sales or territory management.
• Leadership experience: 3+ years supervising territory leaders or account managers.
• MBA or professional designations (CPCU/CIC/ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional P&C premium, retention, and profitability goals through territorial plans.
• Execute the regional distribution strategy with other company functions.
• Identify, appoint, manage, and optimize distribution partners; plan annually.
