You will partner with underwriting, product, claims, marketing, and distribution operations, manage regional budgets, and champion corporate values while achieving premium goals. Requires 10+ years in P&C and 3+ years of leadership, with a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Travel 50-70%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive P&C insurance experience with field sales/territory management.
• 3+ years leading and developing field territory leaders or account managers.
• Strong competencies in distribution partner relationship engineering and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional distribution strategy to achieve premium growth and profitability.
• Oversee Territory Leaders, set production metrics and development plans.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, claims, actuarial, marketing and distribution ops.
• Manage regional budgets and corporate program allocations.
• Roll out new insurance products and sales campaigns regionally.
• Promote Farm Family as the regional brand face in the market.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy based on competitor pricing.
