Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth across a designated territory by expanding distribution, managing key partnerships, and aligning with underwriting standards. The role involves field activities, market expansion, and collaboration with the Annuity Distribution team to hit production targets.

You will lead development of strategic plans, engage with distribution partners, and represent Farm Family at industry events, traveling up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm and ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and formalizing new P&C partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct partner visits and business reviews to assess progress and strengthen collaboration.
• Establish the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory and communicate changes to agency partners.
• Develops and implements strategic, data-driven territory plans and monitors KPIs to optimize performance.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and ensure underwriting standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enhance agency partner engagement.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences, and associations.
