Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East US and Canada to lead a team of district managers and project engineers, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates with Sales and Operations to grow regional business and achieve targets.

You will own regional performance, implement corporate standards, and mentor leaders while ensuring compliance with policies and safety requirements. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or civil engineering required; graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics.
• Travel within the region up to 25% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and data based project management for water and sewer infrastructure monitoring.
• Promote accountability, ownership, customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and accountability.
• Drive regional financial performance and achieve the Annual Operating Plan.
• Forecast revenue and manage costs and margins across the region.
• Represent the company with suppliers, customers and regulatory bodies.
