Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our East US and Canada operations, guiding a team of district managers and project engineers to deliver water and sewer infrastructure monitoring solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering or related field; Graduate degree in business or engineering a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry
• Minimum 3-5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations
• PMP certification required
• Demonstrated success driving operational and financial performance across diverse teams
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics
• Travel within the region up to 25%
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and data-based project management across multiple districts
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer focus
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
• Foster employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth
• Drive execution of regional initiatives and operational standards
• Own regional financial performance and annual operating plan (AOP)
• Revenue growth, forecasting, AR, gross margin, and profitability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine assumptions and improve accuracy
• Represent the company to suppliers, customers, and statutory bodies in the region
• Champion safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Ensure high customer service through project work plans and reviews
• Review and approve project pricing for the region
• Support development and compliance with corporate policies and activities
• Complete special projects as requested
