Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the East US and Canada operations, guiding a team of district managers, data managers, and project engineers. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and financial performance while fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the region.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales and Operations, forecasting, pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel up to 25% and a focus on operational excellence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; graduate degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site operations.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with P&L management and financial metrics.
