Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the East US and Canada operations, driving operational excellence across District Managers, Data Managers and Project Engineers. You will collaborate with Sales to grow regional business volume while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

This senior role manages P&L and regional financial performance, with travel up to 25%. The role reports to the regional leadership team and requires a strong track record in multi-site operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, civil engineering or related field required
Graduate degree in business or engineering a plus
Experience leading multi-site or multi-territory operations
PMP certification required

Responsibilities

Oversee regional operations for East US and Canada with a multi-district team
Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and financial performance
Own regional financial performance and Annual Operating Plan
Forecast revenue, margin and cash flow; manage AR and budgeting
Represent the company to suppliers and customers in the region
