IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East Region (US) and Canada to drive operational excellence and financial performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead District Managers, Data Managers, and Project Engineers to achieve bold business objectives.

Collaborate with Regional Sales and Key Account teams to grow regional revenue while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, civil engineering or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership in related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and multi-site operations.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service & data based project management for water and sewer infrastructure monitoring.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, support, and accountability.
• Drive regional financial performance and forecasting under AOP.
• Support revenue growth, cost management, and profitability across the region.
• Represent the company to suppliers, customers, and statutory bodies.
