IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager for the East US & Canada to lead a team of district managers, data managers, and project engineers. You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction across the region.

In this senior role, you will partner with Regional Sales and Key Account Managers to grow regional revenue, manage P&L, forecast performance, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards while developing your leadership bench across

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
Minimum 3-5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
PMP certification required.
Travel within the region up to 25%.

Mansioni

Oversee service and data-based projects across multiple districts.
Promote accountability, ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback & accountability.
Foster employee engagement, collaboration, and growth.
Drive regional execution of strategic initiatives and standards.
Own regional financial performance and achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Forecasting, AR, gross margin, and cost management.
Represent the company to suppliers, customers, and regulators.
Ensure safety culture and compliance with all policies and standards.
Complete special projects as requested.
