Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Region Manager - Operations to lead a team of district managers, data managers, and project engineers across the East US and Canada. You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and profitability, while partnering with sales to grow regional revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years’ leadership experience, PMP, and up to 25% travel. Expect a dynamic, high-visibility environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, civil engineering or related field is required; graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a related industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations; PMP certification required.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities and key financial metrics; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional service & data-based project management across multiple districts.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial performance.
• Forecast performance and drive corrective actions to close gaps.
• Represent the company with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies in the region.
• Lead a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
