IDEX is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the East US and Canada region, with a combined revenue responsibility of $30-50 million. You will guide a team of District Managers, Data Managers, and Project Engineers to deliver safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience across civil/wastewater operations, travel up to 25%, and PMP certification are required. You will shape regional strategy, collaborate with sales leaders, and ensure operational excellence while driving profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in related industry.
• 3–5 years managing managers and leading multi-site or multi-territory operations.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience driving operational and financial performance across diverse teams.
