Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 5+ store area and its General Managers. You’ll own the PnL, hire and coach leaders, and drive hospitality and performance across busy, fast-paced stores in the Boston region.

You’ll report to the Director of Operations and work with the Field Leadership team to scale tomorrow’s leaders while delivering an exceptional experience for both teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer/employee experiences.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment.
• People leader capable of hiring, coaching and leading through change.
• Strategic planner who can translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach GMs to uphold hospitality standards across all stores.
• Monitor KPIs and PnL, driving weekly and quarterly priorities.
• Plan labor and inventory aligned with forecasts.
• Hire, develop and promote store leadership across the area.
• Lead area-wide change initiatives and new store openings.
