You’ll hire, coach and elevate an A-team of GMs, shaping leaders and high-performing stores, while owning your area’s PnL and setting priorities to drive growth and excellence. Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing managers.
• Strong hospitality and customer experience focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop GMs across 5+ stores, owning the area PnL and driving growth.
• Hire, coach and build an A-team of leaders and ensure disciplined execution.
• Oversee store visits, set priorities, and implement initiatives across stores.
• Plan labor, inventory, and quarterly forecasts; communicate clearly with HQ.
