Job summary

Eaton's Southeast Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions will lead operations, drive growth, and ensure safe, high‑quality project execution. The hybrid role requires about 25% travel across the region and leadership across DIS offerings.

You will develop talent, optimize utilization, and advance profit plans while aligning capacity with regional growth objectives and customer satisfaction. A focus on safety and effective cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Relocation not offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market, customer, and technology trends.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagement, develop proposals, and align operational capacity with regional growth objectives.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, inventory, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, customer, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Eaton, customer, and regulatory EHS requirements.
